Background-
The European Commission has put together a booklet listing EU tools built to strengthen ties between Ukrainian and European businesses. Facilitating EU-Ukraine Business Cooperation, as the guide is titled, gathers resources covering digital transformation, market access, and entrepreneurial growth for Ukrainian companies.
Enterprise Europe Network anchors the effort. The network stands as the world’s largest support system for small and medium-sized businesses. EEN Ukraine connects local companies with international markets, drawing on more than 55 countries and roughly 3,000 business advisers. It also helps Ukrainian firms sharpen competitiveness, build supply chains, and grow within the EU Single Market and beyond.
Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs pairs Ukrainian entrepreneurs with European counterparts for hands-on business experience. So far, 674 Ukrainian entrepreneurs and 15 host entrepreneurs from Ukraine have taken part, forging professional ties abroad along the way.
Focus Group Ukraine gathers monthly. Public and private sector representatives meet to trade insights on how B2B cooperation between Ukraine and the EU is shifting.
European Clusters Alliance and European Cluster Collaboration Platform strengthen bonds among cluster organisations, helping companies fit into broader European and global value chains.
European Digital Innovation Hubs give Ukrainian small and medium enterprises technology testing, training and guidance on innovation financing, tightening links with European partners.
Ukraine Investment Framework rounds out the toolkit, directing investment toward reconstruction while opening fresh financing routes for Ukrainian businesses.
Taken together, these tools point Ukrainian companies toward deeper EU market integration and sturdier entrepreneurial and digital footing.
