My journey began in the beauty and cosmetics sector, where I first developed a passion for product creation, quality control, and working closely with both consumers and manufacturers. As my experience expanded, I found myself increasingly drawn to the scientific and regulatory side of healthcare—pharmaceuticals, medical devices, supplements, and cosmetics. This led me to establish Zirna doo in 2012, a consulting company through which I have since provided regulatory, sourcing, and strategic services to numerous international partners. My academic background—a Master’s in Pharmaceutical Engineering and a Master’s in Pharmaceutical Marketing & Management—created the technical and business foundation for the leadership role I hold today. What inspires me most is the opportunity to directly influence healthcare standards by ensuring that products entering our markets are compliant, safe, and aligned with international quality expectations.
